Trent Fulcher

Trent Fulcher is the CEO of Starboard Maritime Intelligence, where he leads the company’s work supporting maritime security and critical infrastructure resilience worldwide. Under his leadership, Starboard has expanded internationally, delivering AI-driven maritime intelligence technology across government, defence, and infrastructure sectors in more than 35 countries.

Trent’s background spans international strategy, commercial growth, and data-led technology development, with experience across New Zealand, Europe, North America, and the Indo-Pacific. He regularly contributes to discussions on maritime security, subsea infrastructure protection, and sovereign technology, and serves as a governance and strategy adviser within New Zealand’s technology sector.
