Clinton Cardozo

Clinton Cardozo is the Co-founder and CEO of OneReg, an aviation technology company building a next generation platform for regulatory intelligence, compliance management, and operational assurance. Prior to founding OneReg, Clinton worked across the aviation sector in roles spanning digital strategy, marketing, and commercial functions within airline and aviation organisations. Through this work he observed that regulatory compliance and operational oversight were still largely managed throughfragmented systems, documents, and manual processes. This insight led him to found OneReg, with the goal of structuring regulatory obligations, operational activities, and compliance evidence into a unified digital platform.

Clinton’s professional background also includes experience in digital marketing, communications, and thecreative arts, which has influenced his approach to product design, systems thinking, and industrycommunication.

He holds a Master of Entrepreneurship from the University of Auckland, where he focused on building technology ventures and participated in the university’s innovation ecosystem. Under Clinton’s leadership, OneReg has been adopted across the New Zealand aviation ecosystem, including multiple airports and the national airline, and is expanding into international markets. His long-term objective is to establish OneReg as the global platform for aviation regulatory intelligence, enabling airports, airlines, and regulators to operate from a shared data foundation for compliance, safety, and operational performance.
