Jonathan Rubinsztein

Jonathan Rubinsztein is a technology CEO, board director and investor with a track record of building, scaling and transforming global software and data companies. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at Atturra and invests in a number of private technology companies, including Mumba Cloud, SeedLegals and other AI, software and data-led businesses.

Jonathan was previously CEO of Nuix, where he led a major transformation of the ASX-listed investigative analytics and intelligence software company. During his tenure, Nuix’s market capitalisation grew from under A$200 million to over A$1 billion. Before Nuix, he was CEO of Infomedia, an ASX-listed SaaS company, where market capitalisation tripled to over A$600 million. Earlier, he was CEO and founding shareholder of UXC Red Rock Consulting, helping grow the business from start-up to more than 700 people across 13 offices.

Jonathan continues to work with founders, CEOs and boards on strategy, AI-led transformation, growth, execution and culture. His focus is helping great technology companies become bigger, better and more valuable and do good.
