Matt is Chief Operating Officer at Serko, a technology company focussed on making business travel seamless. Matt is responsible for day-to-day operational performance and is responsible for commercial, finance, people, technology and product components of the business. He joined Serko in 2025 following a decade at Booking.com based in Amsterdam and New Zealand. Matt is a member of the Morgo Board. He holds a PhD in Psychologyfrom Victoria University.
