Steven has successfully co-founded two of New Zealand’s iconic Technology companies EROAD and Navman.
Between 1993 and 2006, In his roles as COO and CEO, helped establish Navman as a leading international brand within the Marine Electronics, Fleet Tracking, Precision GPS Modules and Consumer Car Navigation sectors, with annual sales exceeding NZ$500 million.
Between 2007 and 2022, as CEO, established EROAD as a leading Telematics provider in New Zealand, Australia, and the US. EROAD is dual listed on NZX(:ERD) and ASX(:ERD). Following the acquisition/merger with Coretex EROAD now serves over 10,000 customers tracking the activities of 257,000 drivers and 227,000 vehicles with annual recurring revenues exceeding $160m
