Matt is passionate about creating cutting edge Customer Experience through data-driven marketing and product development. He has spent the past seven and a half years working at Booking.com, the world’s largest online travel agent. In that time, Matt has taken up a series of global roles, including leading the Marketing Science and Brand teams.
In his current role, Matt is the Vice President of Customer Insights, where he leads Customer Research, Customer Metrics, Experimentation and Data Science for the company. He has represented Booking.com on the Global Facebook Measurement Council and the Google Measurement Roundtable. Matt holds a PhD in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
