MORGO 2025 - building your company in a changing world

MORGO is an exclusive 2-day get-together for CEOs and other leaders in the Morgo Community. In 2025 we came together in the Bay of Islands, to learn from each other peer-to-peer. But most importantly, it was an annual re-charge – equipping those who attended to succeed in the year ahead!

The two-day program wrapped around 'building your company in a changing world' filled with CEOs sharing their unfiltered stories and learnings - from space flights to cyber attacks. You got to see and hear things you just wouldn’t get anywhere else.

MORGO always features some science or future technology – you can’t think about personnel problems when focused on quantum computing. And there’s a very participatory workshop – this year we focused on managing risk, forming teams to face real-life challenges.

As always the audience reflected those on the stage: CEOs, co-founders and active directors. It made for some great conversations over good coffee, drinks, meals and a walk on Friday afternoon – where some of the best discussions at MORGO have been had.
