When Luke & co-founder Lucy Turner learned how much time lawyers spent recording time and notes from calls, they set out to solve the problem by building a phone system that integrates with legal software. Luke talks about getting customers on board, expanding offshore, the skills he brings to the role and the need to choose a co-founder carefully. VXT now has ARR of $10M and is growing at 10% per month.
