Dr Yoram Benit, Tait Communications

Tait Communications is a provider of critical communications for public safety, emergency services, transportation, utilities & enterprise markets. Yoram became CEO in 2021 and has grown the company to over 1,300 staff. Group revenues have increased from about $150m in 2022 to $516m in 2025 — more than tripling in just three years. Yoram says the key to the growth is having a strong business case for every R&D project or acquisition and making sure you have the right people.
