This rate is for the people who are active in building high growth companies: CEOs, CTOs, CFO’s, COO’s, very active board members.  Bookings made under this category are subject to approval by Morgo Conferences Ltd.  To check that you qualify, apply to join the MORGO Community on LinkedIn.  Unqualified registrations will be cancelled and refunded.

Bay of Islands, Copthorne Hotel – 31st August & 1 September

TIMING
Arrive in time for dinner on the evening of Wednesday 30 August.  The conference runs through Thursday 31 August and Friday 1 September, officially ending at 4pm.  Delegates are encouraged to stay on for a walk along the lake and a casual dinner in town on the Friday night.

REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS/ EXCLUSIONS

Your registration to MORGO includes two days of conference sessions, including Lunches, Morning and Afternoon Teas and attendance to the MORGO Dinner on Thursday night.

Partners: Partners are welcome at the Morgo dinners, however, they can only attend conference sessions if they have a Morgo registration in their own right.  Partner tickets can be booked on the online registration form.

ACCOMMODATION

Morgo registration fees do not include accommodation. Book your room directly with the Copthorne Hotel, using the link provided in the online conference registration form (you will receive to access our special conference rates).

Special accommodation rates are available for all Morgo attendees. Please note:

  • Room rates are for single occupancy and include gst and breakfast. An additional $20 charge will apply for double occupancy.
  • Your credit card number is provided directly the hotel to secure your room. All accommodation costs are at the delegates expense and are not included in your registration fee.
  • Payment is made directly with the hotel and bookings are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the accommodation cost.
  • If you would like to extend your stay past the available dates below please contact us for availability.
Standard Plus $155 per night

Featuring a patio and views out to the charming surrounding gardens.

Superior Harbour View $165 per night
Featuring views overlooking the harbour. The room includes balcony or patio in the garden.
Superior Plus Sea View $175 per night
Featuring views overlooking the sparkling waters of the Bay of Islands. Room also features a balcony or patio.
Sea View Suite $235 per night
The suite comes with a separate living area and great views of the ocean from your balcony.

TRANSFERS

Transfer times are based on the current Air New Zealand flight times and are subject to change by Air New Zealand.  We will re-confirm transfer times with you prior to the conference. NZD15.00 per trip

Pre Conference Networking Dinner
An informal networking dinner at the Copthorne Hotel and Resort, Wednesday 30 August at 7pm. Cash bar – NZD60.00 per person

Guest – Morgo Conference Dinner
Please select this option for a partner/spouse/travelling companion attending the conference dinner with you. Your conference dinner is included in the registration fee. – NZD150.00 per item

Post Conference Social Dinner
A relaxed dinner in Paihia for those staying on after the conference. Charlotte’s Kitchen, Friday 1 September 7pm. Cash bar. Transport included. – NZD68.00 per item

Haruru Falls Walk – Friday 1 September
An option for those wanting to stretch their legs after the conference, take part in a walk to Haruru Falls. Departing from the hotel at 4.30pm. Approximately 1 hour, comfortable shoes required. No charge

REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION – CHANGES & CANCELLATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Your registration is not confirmed until payment has cleared. Morgo Conferences has the right to not accept registrations from people who do not meet the Morgo Community criteria, a full refund will be made if this occurs.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation of your registration up to 1 August event will attract a $150 + gst cancellation fee. Cancellations received from 2 to 24 August will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, and a full refund of any additional networking events. Cancellations after 24 August, or failure to attend the event are not eligible for any refund. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Event Managers at morgo@verve.co.nz.  Accommodation cancellation must be advised directly to the hotel and cancellation is subject to their policy.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION: If you have booked but can no longer attend, your registration may be transferred to a suitable person within your organisation, up to 14 days prior to the event. This person must be approved to attend by MORGO before this can take effect. If no suitable alternative delegate can be found, then the standard cancellation policy will apply.

CHANGE TO CONTENT, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CANCELLATION: In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the liability of the organisers is limited to the return of paid fees. The organisers may alter the times, dates and speakers of this event by notice to you at any time. While we are sorry if this causes any inconvenience, the organisers will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such changes.
