Introduction to the Auckland June Workshop - E=mC2 leadership workshop with Dr Alia Bojilova
In rewriting relativity, it’s time we get pragmatic and personal with the most important weapon in our possession - our minds. Deep-rooted commitment can sustain grit and perseverance when performing under crisis conditions. For the handful of us who voluntarily stack their capabilities and will against crisis after crisis, commitment requires specific attention to areas we often ignore- our sense of Efficacy, Meaning, Coherence, Competence and (E=mC2 ).

In this session, we will dig into the most recent global research, relevant to first responders and individuals who lead and serve in pressured contexts, zeroing in on ways to fortify the non-negotiables. We geek out on data and evidence just long enough to confidently kick into practices that we must all build into sustainable habits. The essentials, fit for now; a practice session proportionate to the disproportionate demands of our times and roles.

Einstein would think it a no-brainer, so should we. Your most important client is you! Let’s give you the utmost care for thriving.  REGISTER BELOW.

Introduction to the Morgo Game

The Morgo Game is a fun, discussion-based business challenge designed for teams, using real-life scenarios from the Morgo Community. Two teams take turns moving across a game board by rolling a dice and responding to challenge questions that appear via an online spinner.

The first team to reach the end of the board wins. The focus is on opendiscussion—there are no right answers, just learning and sharing plus quite afew laughs along the way.
